Origin

[edit]

This is an international dessert, it is present all over the Middle East, so please stop editing its origin. If you have a credible source that proves its place of origin, do provide it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.251.117.205 (talk) 09:49, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The source clearly states the origin is Arabic, not Turkey - why do you repeatedly revert, Bakebread? 46.251.117.205 (talk) 10:31, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sources

[edit]

Molina's book is self-published and we shouldn't use it, see WP:SPS. Here's one that appears to meet our criteria for sources.[1] - note that it says it's Arab although only in Turkey is it still made with chicken as was one of the 3 10th century versions. Common name

[edit]

On what i have found on the sources provided at Talk:Muhallabia the most common name is "Muhallebi". So unless there are objections, i'll move the page there. Trim02 (talk) 13:02, 29 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
