Mustafa Paşa "later to become Sultan Mustafa IV." ??? 🤣

Under the image link of the portrait of Mustafa Paşa a remark is made, that he later became Sultan Mustafa IV.

Quote: "commander of the Turkish troops at the Battle of Abukir (or Aboukir) on 25th June 1799, later Sultan Mustafa IV." end quote.

Stop making up nonsense! Mustafa Pasha was of Albanian origin and had absolutely no ties to the imperial family. Only an Ottoman Prince born in the palace could become a Sultan! Sultan Mustafa IV. was the son of Sultan Abdulhamid I.!
