Uh, it's June 2006. WTH does the article claim that the Declaration was signed in July 2006? Wikipedia is not a crystal ball; while we can speculate on future events that are highly likely to occur, Wikipedia should clearly identify such speculation. Writing about the future in the past tense, as though it is a fait accompli, is clearly not acceptable. --EngineerScotty 23:40, 20 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • As it turns out, the July 2006 in the article was a typo; the Declaration was in fact signed in July 2005. The article is now repaired (and wikified, with appropriate categories and references). --EngineerScotty 03:33, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
