Tobi is NOT Madara

[edit]

There are a lot of sections where the masked man (Tobi) is called Madara Uchiha. Recent knowledge states, that Tobi is not Madara, since the original Madara was resurrected by Kabuto, so Tobi cannot be Madara, since Madara's Soul is in the resurrected body. Tobis true identity will be revealed in the upcoming chapter 599, since his mask has now been destroyed.--~~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.165.24.141 (talk) 17:14, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

But from the viewer's point of view he is named Madara Uchiha. It's the same as Darth Vader who is actually named Anakin Skywalker or the Fourth Hokage whose name was not revealed until mid-Part II. Madara is an alterego the character is using and everybody refers to during most of his appearances so once such impersonation is revealed, the summaries will refer to him as Tobi.Tintor2 (talk) 17:23, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
This is not an alterego. The masked man's alterego is Tobi. He assumes to be Madara Uchiha, an existing, totally different person. That's as if Darth Vader called himself Obi Wan Kenobi. In a wiki it should be said "Darth Vader called himself Obi Wan Kenobi." and following that he sill should be called Vader, since it would confuse readers, if he would be called Obi Wan.--84.165.24.141 (talk) 18:05, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It's still the name he is called in all the episodes by other characters. If the real Madara were to appear in the exact episode, a distinction could just be made.Tintor2 (talk) 21:15, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
