Improper volume on TV channel

I have Verizon Fios as my TV provider. Nat Geo Wild is on channel 632 on my plan. I have to increase the volume in order to hear the dialogue when watching this channel. Verizon has run diagnostics to try and determine the cause of the problem. Their (Verizon) conclusion is that it is a “network provider issue”. Which in this case is NGW.
