Article title

[edit]

This article is currently named "Naval Outlying Landing Field". For articles referring to a specific airfield the capital letters are correct (e.g. "Naval Outlying Landing Field Foobar"), but when referring to such airfields generically (as in this article) only the first word should be capitalised per WP:NAME. Also, this article should be clear whether it's subject is just the US or worldwide. If this article is specific to the USN then the article title should be something like "United States Navy outlying landing field". If this article is not specific to the USN then the article title should be something like "Auxiliary naval airfield". DexDor (talk) 19:30, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The term i snot being used generically. This article is specifically, and exclusively, about the U.S. Navy's airfields, which have Naval Outlying Landing Field as their proper name. Only the U.S. Navy uses "Naval Outlying Landing Field" as a title for its bases, so further disambiguation is unnecessary. - The Bushranger One ping only 23:04, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
