Is this even a "rivalry"?

[edit]

Personally, I wouldn't consider this a rivalry as the two teams have only met 10 times and only started playing each other regularly recently. Although, since it does have a "rivalry" trophy, it would make more sense for the article to be named "Freedom Trophy". BryceJorgensen (talk) 04:25, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a rivalry, this is a trophy game. They are distinctly different. Right now nebraska has 10 different rivalries listed, no joke, TEN. No other team has that, it's nonsense. I've started a discussion on Nebraska football's talk page for this, and several other pages that are called "rivalries" that should be removed. I realize someone did the work to create the page but this as a rivalry was a bad idea. I suggest this page be removed, if there are no valid reasons why not then we need to do it.RTShadow (talk) 03:48, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
