It's good to see an article on this topic, but it's written as an uncritical appraisal of the topic and reads like a sales pitch.

Compare this with the related topic of matrix management, which has a much smaller article but which lists both pros and cons. EverGreg (talk) 07:39, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the above. This article seems like it trying to tell me why I'm a fool for having an "Ego-centric" organization instead migrating to this new, essential way of operating.
