Additional information - relevant or not, you decide: This corporation profits from the death of local citizens - at least, it is doing its best to profit, by charging for on-line death notices. As a resident of the area who has moved away, this is more than merely frustrating.

Of course, this will again deleted in the next few weeks, so I'll repost at that time.

The Register no longer has the second highest circulation in Connecticut. The Connecticut Post does.

Not true, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulation, the objective measure of circulation. See addition to article.
