Article is unclear!
[edit]Article may be unclear to those who are not aware of the subject. References are not in English, which worsen the case. Why the subject is notable is quite confusing. May need fundamental rewrite with proper citations. Hitro talk 20:00, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
- I really don't know what you mean by "unclear". I'm afraid hardly finding an English source for the article! The Impeccable (talk) 20:05, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
- Intro should explain who the subject is, and why he is notable. It just says that he is one of the dissidents in Vietnam. that information provides insufficient context to those readers who are not aware of Vietnamese politics. Hitro talk 20:24, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
do you mean some more information like "founder of the Assembly of the Youth for Vietnam Democracy organization" or his role as a democracy lobbyist for the country? The Impeccable (talk) 20:34, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, I mean the same. Because weak intro degrades readability. Intro should explain exactly why he is a notable figure, so that a reader who has never heard about the subject may get proper information about him. I agree on that that the subject is notable because sourced references are from VOA and BBC. I will recommend revision of intro section of the article, this will clarify most of the article.
