Updates
[edit]Except for the anchors, the mall is mostly closed now as it's being redeveloped into an "open air" shopping centre (looking forward to that as I look at the -15C winter weather outside); the major anchors and a few other tenants with exterior entrances remain open for now as of January 2022. It was also used as a filming location for The Last of Us TV series a couple weeks ago (confirmed by HBO itself and reported), so I also added this info. 23skidoo (talk) 23:28, 31 January 2022 (UTC)
- Some media coverage of Last of Us apparently referred to the mall as being abandoned, and I just removed such as reference from the Dead mall article. It was never abandoned, although the site is being extensively redeveloped (though as of this time stamp the Wal-Mart and some other retailers remain open as standalone stores. 23skidoo (talk) 03:57, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
