I find that a disambiguation page would be worthless as no one would put forth the nessesary effort to complete two separate pages. -Einstine85

The article isn't exactly super-long, and it doesn't deal with radically different subjects. I see no reason to split it. Nyttend 20:00, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Most of the 1961 SR-1 relies on conjecture. I found an article which explicitly states the phrase "Conneaut - Cincinnati freeway (Ohio Route 1)" – it was published on January 2, 1959 in Cleveland's The Plain Dealer – but unfortunately I don't have an account for their archives, so I can't as much retrieve the title of the article much less read it at this time. Split?

These two topics are pretty different, and both seem to have enough info to be splitted. I proposed that the article should be split to Ohio State Route 1 (1923–1927) and Ohio State Route 1 (1961–1965).—CycloneIsaacE-Mail 23:01, 25 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Support— since they're pretty much different highways, why not? Imzadi 1979  23:25, 25 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Support per Imzadi1979. Barring that, if SR 1 became a different route each time, why not redirect to that one? –Fredddie 00:02, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Support - Unrelated highways should be split. Dough4872 02:05, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Support (and immediately merge the 1920s route to U.S. Route 40 in Ohio). --NE2 12:13, 28 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
