As Marychan41 points out, the title displayed in the Hong Kong trailer for the film is Once Upon a Time in China and America. Personally, I have no problem with the move, though some people may disagree. Where listed on various Hong Kong-based and HK-related sites including HKMDb, HKCinemagic and LoveHKFilm, it's first title is also noted as ...and America. Sort of support. HK English title not significant compared with other English speaking areas. Versions of Amazon website support this move: USA, Canada, GB.
