Relation to Vehicle registration plates of China

@CambridgeBayWeather Interesting question. Note right now those are separate articles on zh wiki:

This article here (People's Republic of China's civilian motor vehicle license plate) is a subarticle of the older one that your redirected it to.which covers not just civilian (regular) plates, but also has sections on military/police/emergency services, diplomatic vehicles, agriculture vehicles and temporary ones. In our English article, I think it would make it a "main" article for this section: Vehicle_registration_plates_of_China#Common_types
