Is this a fragrant, edible herb, or is it being confused with Persicaria odorata?

[edit]

To the best of my very limited knowledge, kesum in Malay refers to Persicaria odorata, which is at ms:Pokok Daun Kesum, which means something like "leafy plant kesum". The Malay Wikipedia's article for ms:Kesum refers to Polygonum minus. I suspect these Malay articles were created by different people and there might be a confusion between them.
