Armed with two 6 in (152 mm) guns, on commissioning, the cruiser was the flagship and largest vessel in the Peruvian fleet. In 1901, the armament was upgraded. awkward

Does the ship have any kind of armor? If not, then she's an unprotected cruiser.
- The sources have no detail about armor. Updated the links.
Fix the draught figure in the main body; the figures for length and beam don't match between the infobox and main body
