Storyline

[edit]

I have removed a statement from the synopsis which stated that the character of Elliot Carson had been imprisoned for the murder of Rodney & Norman Harrington's father. This statement was incorrect. Rodney & Norman's father was Leslie Harrington, who was part of the ongoing storyline in the early years of the show. My memory is somewhat fuzzy at this point, but I'm thinking that Elliot had been imprisoned for the murder of his first wife Elizabeth Carson. Does anyone else remember this?

"Continuously"

[edit]

Currently, the opening paragraph includes this statement To date it is the only primetime series ever to run episodes continuously without reruns.

What does this statement mean? Is it true?

It means it is the only primetime series ever to run episodes continuously without reruns. How much clearer can that be? LiteraryMaven (talk) 18:32, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A better question is, is there a source for that? — TAnthonyTalk 18:59, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Major changes between the 1956 novel and the series

[edit]

Surely Michael's name was Kyros in the original novel? As I recall, it changed to Rossi (without explanation) in Return.
