Question

As with the Chonburi page, we really need to discuss whether/how to present these statistics on Wikipedia so that redundant numbers aren't duplicated all over the place. --Paul_012 (talk) 19:05, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I point out the following:
Provincial articles never mention the top echelon of the local government. As an example: Phitsanulok provincial administrative organization (PPAO) and Chonburi provincial administrative organization (CPAO).
Eight districts in Phitsanulok province do not mention the SAO's/TAO's.
Soon there will be elections for the local gevernments:

76 chairmen for PAO's and 1,910 council members
30 chairmen for thesaban nakhon and 655 council members
179 chairmen for thesaban mueang and 2,969 council members
2,233 chairmen for thesaban tambon and 25,056 council members
5,332 chairmen for tambon adminstrative organizations and 104,087 council members

If you take this into account, the conclusion may be: local government in provincial articles are underexposed and/or undervalued.
Suggestion is to split the two articles into: Phitsanulok provincial government and Phitsanulok local government and Chonburi provincial government and Chonburi local government.
