Population Data Unrealistic

[edit]

I live in Lee County, Florida, and am familiar with the Pine Manor area. As it is presently comprised (that is, of houses, duplexes and multiplexes) it is physically impossible for it to have a population of 20,000+. It'd be the same as saying that any other typical subdivision has 20,000+ people living in it. The population estimate at the top of the page (3,785 on 02/19/2011) is much more realistic, though even that seems a bit high to me personally.
