Orphaned references in Political cleansing of population

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Political cleansing of population's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "ReferenceC":

  • From Cultural Revolution: MacFarquhar and Schoenhals, Chapter 22
  • From Srebrenica massacre: "ICTY – Kordic and Cerkez Judgement – 3. After the Conflict" (PDF). Retrieved 11 July 2012.
  • From Tiananmen Square protests of 1989: Cabestan, "How China Managed to De-Isolate Itself", 199.
  • From French Revolution: Censer and Hunt, Liberty, Equality, Fraternity: Exploring the French Revolution, 92.
  • From White Terror (Russia): Litvin, p. 176
  • From List of wars and anthropogenic disasters by death toll: White, Matthew. "20th Century death tolls larger than one million but fewer than 5 million people-Cambodia". necrometrics.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 13:50, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal

[edit]

It seems reasonable to merge Politicide to here, on the grounds that it is a subset of Political cleansing of population. Both articles are stubs and best discussed in one place. Klbrain (talk) 08:13, 19 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Klbrain: I'm still not sure if it is a subset: I can't find any sources (other than Wikipedia) that use the term political cleansing of population. Jarble (talk) 14:50, 5 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
