Article title
[edit]The name of the page is wrong. "Polyhedral combinatorics" in the world outside of wikipedia is something different than what is described in this article. The article describes the combinatorial theory of polytopes. It's just the wrong word. Google it! There's a bunch of books and university lecture notes on "Polyhedral combinatorics": it is a subfield of Combinatorial Optimization. Ziegler's book (which is mainly on the (combinatorial) theory of polytopes), names things correctly.
I don't know how to change the title though. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:1620:C0:30:BDE7:A6:41B8:C4DE (talk) 14:13, 12 September 2013 (UTC)
- You did read the second paragraph of the article, right? The optimization subfield is the second of the two areas described in it. —David Eppstein (talk) 16:18, 12 September 2013 (UTC)
- Not that it is relevant now (see David's reply) but for your information IP editors cannot change page titles. You need to either create an account and use it for other things until Wikipedia trusts it, or make a formal request to the community. — Cheers, Steelpillow (Talk) 16:32, 12 September 2013 (UTC)
