A "generic" diffeomorphism?
[edit]What does it mean that "generic" diffeomorphism is (isotopic to one that is) pseudo-Anosov? I do not understand this word in the context of a discrete space like the mapping class group. --Momotaro (talk) 15:27, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
