QSIG should be merged into Q.SIG

Q.SIG and QSIG definitely refer to the same thing. However, Q.SIG is the more correct name, so the merge should go the other way. David Woolley (talk) 14:13, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Is PSS.1 another name for Q.SIG?
