Addition of Armenia is not necessary

Nagorno Karabagh both Politically and Geographically is in Azerbaijan, despite being de facto independent it is not in Armenia and i believe adding Armenia to this list alters the defined Political and Geographical borders after dissolution of Soviet Union.
