The article Rangiroa (commune) should be merged into this one as it is very small and essentially refers to the same island. They could easily be merged, bringing it in line with other commune/islands pages in French Polynesia (which combine the commune and the island in one article).

Oppose Given that the commune includes more than one atoll, that there isn't much enthusiasm for the merge, and there are precedents for keeping the communes separately, I recommend leaving the articles separate. Klbrain (talk) 20:54, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
