Membership !

Had a membership that was dated several years ago, problems with access not resolvable by me or by Recon. So, joined with a new membership (have been a member for 15-20 years). Asked that the OLD membership be cancelled and removed from your system, but it seems you may have removed the current one which was bought on August 17, 2023 <> $49.99 with Master Card. So am once again being locked out of the new membership I had asked that I be left to access w/o logging in each time.
