The statement "The system is copied from the Dutch OV-chipkaart." is incorrect. Flexus is based on DESFire, while the Dutch system uses Mifare Classic, according to the OV-chipkaart article. The Oslo software has been developed from scratch, based on adaptations of relevant ISO standards.
