This is amazing:

Work

Swanson works in the field of performance improvement and organizational change, results assessment, and the strategic roles of human resource development. His recent work has focused on theory building research and HRD theory. He consulted with major corporations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Africa.[3] His further research interests are in the fields of Human resource development (HRD) and adult education, Adult learning, Cost-benefit analysis, Strategic planning and Performance improvement and assessment. Threaded through his work is the recognition and integration of psychological, economic, and systems theories as the foundation of HRD practice. Much of my recent work has focused on the theory of HRD and the advancement of theory building research.[2]

Absence of acceptable secondary sources

[edit]

Notability not established; the only references provided are directly connected to the subject himself. As per WP:N -- "If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to satisfy the inclusion criteria for a stand-alone article."

This article does not satisfy those criteria.

Please do not remove the notability tag unless proper references are provided.

I am removing the cleanup tag, because it seems unfair to ask anyone to waste time on fixing the poor grammar and sloppy spelling on an article that doesn't meet the notability standard to begin with, and in my estimation, is unlikely to. Bacrito (talk) 22:21, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
