Generation VII Pokemon confusion

[edit]

Someone needs to add something to the article about avoiding possible confusion with one of the Generation VII Pokemon, Rowlet, which is spelled almost exactly the same, but with only one T instead of two T's. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.209.103.93 (talk) 14:45, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Not among the top 15 fastest growing cities over 50,000

[edit]

Old data from 2018-2019. Rowlett is not currently rated number 8 fastest growing cities. Not even in the top 15. City often makes claims that are exaggerated or false. https://www.census.gov/library/visualizations/2023/comm/heading-south-fastest-growing-large-cities.html 47.187.225.12 (talk) 15:02, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Exaggerated/false claims about Sapphire Bay Development

[edit]

The link is to a promotional site. Both the city and developer have often made exaggerated claims about the Bayside/Sapphire development originally made in 2015 and having had numerous setbacks, delays, and changes. Examples on latest claims - It is not “in the middle” of the DFW Metro and not the first Texas resort anchored by a man made lagoon. Claims of what it will be are speculative and in the past have even been promoted as already “a reality”. 47.187.225.12 (talk) 15:25, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
