[edit]This article is in its infancy and will expand into the history and characters of the area. There is a body of evidence thats supports a theory that a mohogany ship wreck seen on Ruapuke beach around 300 years ago, with some supporting artifacts and fragmnent found since, support a theory that the Chinese came to NZ well before Captain Cook arrived and that the indiginous maori people are actual descendents of these Asians.. Lets run with this for a while???
Thanks dragon fly..please continue.
- The style of this article doesn't even begin to approach encyclopedic - it sounds like a feature in a travel magazine. Please stick to sourced facts. dramatic (talk) 23:54, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
