Brazilian name?

[edit]

I think it would be appropriate to mention the regional names given to this bird. For example, the Brazilian name is "João de Barro" (literally, Clay John). Is there any set format for adding this information to the article? --Lance E Sloan (talk) 15:16, 3 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

National bird and expansion

[edit]

First of all, Rufous hornero is not the national bird of Uruguay. Actually, the national bird of Uruguay is the southern lapwing. And second, I suggest this article to be expanded with text translated from the corresponding article in the Spanish Wikipedia. --200.117.40.43 (talk) 00:00, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
