Rustic Road list and Rustic Road Reward Program

I think that this article should talk about the Wisconsin DOT Rustic Roads Reward program. There should also be a list of locations of all of the Rustic Roads in Wisconsin. There was also a Rustic Road photo contest held in 2004 that I think should be mentioned.
