This article should be deleted. There is no reason as to why this is an article of importance.--Wordofi (talk) 04:46, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I removed the prod because there appears to be significant coverage of Reynolds in multiple, mainstream media outlets. Searching for coverage is complicated due to the prominence of the actor, but examples of coverage include (1)this and (2) this from ESPN.com, (3) this, (4) this], and (5) this from The Oklahoman, (6) this from Newson6, and (7) this and (8) this from the Tulsa World. I am not asserting that the subject necessarily passes GNG, just that the level of coverage is such that, if this is to be deleted, it should be vetted through a full AfD process. Now, this is just MY opinion and in no way reflects policy, but a) the first post would seem to contradict what is stated in the article. It states he wanted a shot at the NFL, yet the article says he didn't. And also, the rest are local publications. I mention this part from experience, I've seen many articles for former WVU players get deleted when they had significant coverage from local media. Why is an article about an average, unknown, essentially obscure college football player included on Wikipedia? Stevenmitchell (talk) 00:06, 6 June 2021 (UTC)I agree buddy.2001:8003:ED8B:8D00:5466:58EB:2897:A8E0 (talk) 12:28, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
