I've redirected this article to Khan Noonien Singh, which seems the most appropriate topic. This article makes no assertion or substantiation for notability, and has remained largely unchanged since the no-consensus AfD. However, considering it is a big of background dressing in the episode, movie and books in which it appears, and that the article mostly regurgitates plot covered elsewhere, it seems unnecessary to sustain the article.
