I deleted the section regarding a single strip referencing Wikipedia - just because we're on Wikipedia doesn't mean it's important! --Bentendo24 (talk) 03:44, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge of Ted Forth

[edit]

The Ted Forth article is a stub with no great prospect for growth. I think a more appropriate use of the information in that article would be to merge it here, and have expanded sections on main characters Sally, Ted, and Hilary. bd2412 T 13:55, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Timeline of creative transfer

[edit]

Marciulano's blog states: "Of course, the last thing the syndicate would have wanted from a business point of view would be for us to make any alterations to the characters or formula. That’s because while the two new writers were learning the ropes, the strip was still being marketed under the name of its creator (hence the “Howard and Mac” signature above, with “Mac” referring to artist Craig Macintosh). This was to assure newspaper editors and readers that nothing had changed and it was still business as usual at “Sally Forth Inc.” (Or, as it is known in Germany, “Sally Forth AG.”) Hence while I came onboard in 1997, official documentation states that the strip was “handed over” in 1999."

How should this be incorporated into the article, if at all? DS (talk) 14:22, 30 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Character bios....

[edit]

Is there a point at which point an encyclopedia sub-section becomes a live blog of the strip? PaulCHebert (talk) 04:41, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
