Hatnote
[edit]There's no urgent need to produce an elongated one. {{Distinguish}} works just fine, and WP:HAT#"Not to be confused with"... agrees. Let's keep it short and to the point hmm? The pages Mayari and Mayarí, as well La Encantada and La Encantadora, do just that. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 14:00, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
Sand Land or Sandland
[edit]Viz Media appears to be using the title Sandland as one word instead of two on their website. So shouldn't that be used as the article's title? --Farix (Talk) 14:04, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- This gives "SandLand" and "Sand Land", this just suggests "SandLand". Do you have a reliable source that says otherwise? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 17:10, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- here, here, and in Viz's own blog. --Farix (Talk) 18:02, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- The sources at the official Viz site seem contradictory. Let me ask User:AnmaFinotera for her opinion. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 20:52, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- The cover seems to imply SandLand. Anyone have a volume to look in to see what's use there? If not, I can try to run by my local Barnes and Noble to see if they have any volumes to check. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 21:00, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- Indeed. That sounds good ;) Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 21:04, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- Last time I saw the Viz volume it said Sand Land, i'm pretty sure. – J U M P G U R U ■ask㋐㋜㋗■ 23:07, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

- Searching Viz's site for Sandland gives no results. Searching for Sand Land brings you to the manga. Same thing happens at Amazon, Right Stuf, etc. Kyaa the Catlord (talk) 14:52, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
They call it Sandland in Germany... : P – J U M P G U R U ■ask㋐㋜㋗■ 16:41, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
- I've read it, but never bothered to check. Oh, wait, it was serialized in early issues of Shonen Jump... where it was called SandLand in the TOC and the copyright notice on its intro page ("SANDLAND © 2000 by BIRD STUDIO / SHUEISHA Inc."). Still, it wouldn't hurt to actually check the volume. 「ダイノガイ千?!」(Dinoguy1000) 19:32, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
