Rankings and achievements in lede

Yifeipeter is insisting, without discussion or even edit summaries, that information about this university's rankings and accomplishments of its students and faculty be included in the lede. I disagree; these accomplishments - four Rhodes Scholars, university-published claims that it's a "top producer of Fulbright Scholars," and high rankings by PayScale.com - are nice but they are not sufficiently important to include in the lede. More specifically, these are not attributes that are essential in defining this topic for readers; it's not information that uniquely characterizes this university. It may be appropriate for inclusion in other places in the article but we have to be very selective about what we include in the lede. ElKevbo (talk) 23:26, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

Definitely not lede-worthy. I was about to revert when you did. TJRC (talk) 00:03, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

Why cannot be included in the lede? ElKevbo If you consistently delete my edits, it will show you are stingy. They are only 2 sentences. Other schools have similar sentences, can you delete them? If you can, I will delete my edits. If not, I need to protect my edits. Yifeipeter —Preceding undated comment added 00:13, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

Yes, some other articles have similar information in their ledes; that's a problem that we need to deal with. In the meantime, you're welcome to argue your position here in Talk but edit warring won't be acceptable. ElKevbo (talk) 00:16, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
Yes, ElKevbo I will help you delete similar information in your university (Indiana University) because they are not acceptable. Yifeipeter —Preceding undated comment added 00:20, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
Yifeipeter, stop adding this material until you have consensus. You're edit-warring, and you've already violated WP:3RR. You're in danger of being blocked. TJRC (talk) 00:29, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
Continue down this path of edit warring and "retribution" and you'll certainly be blocked. I recommend finding more productive ways to work with other editors. ElKevbo (talk) 00:30, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

ElKevbo You are bullying me! Yifeipeter —Preceding undated comment added 00:37, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

ElKevbo TJRC Yes, I made a consensus with you. But please delete the talks. I wouldn't want to leave any of them here to show to others. Yifeipeter —Preceding undated comment added 00:42, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

Yifeipeter, he's not bullying you at all, he's inviting you to make your case as to why this material should be present in the lede. Please discuss edits, not editors. And please note that a purported problem with a different article is not grounds for carrying over that problem to another article. In both cases, start a discussion. Discussion is very important to resolving the issue of contested changes on Wikipedia.
The discussions on this page should be retained as a record. You may remove pretty much what you like from your own talk page, but please remember that removal of a warning is deemed that you have read and understood that warning. TJRC (talk) 00:46, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

TJRC I understand. I wouldn't revert these edits in the article. But due to privacy, please allow my to remove this talk. Yifeipeter —Preceding undated comment added 00:50, 18 December 2018 (UTC)

Please read and follow WP:TPO. You have so many warnings by now, my next step will be to request a block. TJRC (talk) 01:09, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
