[edit]This page was renamed per Talk:Serbia v Albania (UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying), so something should happen with this page. Per current title could refer to a match in any other sport, or even something non-sport related like a legal case or a war ChrisTheDude - 12:51, 24 October 2014 (UTC) something should be done. Perhaps an overview article on Albanian Serbian rivalry? We also have a Albanian-Serbian War and the Kosovo War and Albania–Yugoslav border incident ; plus the overlapping territories of Greater Albania and Greater Serbia -- 67.70.35.44 (talk) 04:30, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
- The article looks great, congratulations to all contributors. So, let me see if I understood it well, you are now proposing to expand this article into a Serbian-Albanian rivalry, or create a separate article on that subject? Humm... FkpCascais (talk) 04:45, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
- No, I'm talking about creating a new article at :Serbia_v_Albania, which is not an article at all, it is a redirect. Expanding the UEFA article to cover more topics would be weird. -- 67.70.35.44 (talk) 02:13, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
- There are different rules and practices for redirects and articles. Redirect titles are rarely seen by readers and it's normal to leave a poorly named redirect behind when moving an article. It's possible to create a new article at the redirect or to nominate the redirect at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion, but nothing has to be done. PrimeHunter (talk) 02:30, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
- Serbian-Albanian rivalry already spills over into a thousand different articles. Adding another, with unclear scope, is unlikely to help. bobrayner (talk) 00:37, 4 November 2014 (UTC)
- Funny, I agree with bob. FkpCascais (talk) 00:54, 4 November 2014 (UTC)
