In case anyone is wondering, the reason why there's no link in reference note 48 is because the Tonga Now website is (for some unfathomable reason) blacklisted by Wikipedia. So I had to remove it. It's a news website supported by the Tongan government. Aridd (talk) 22:10, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
