Use of proper noun in article title
[edit]Just in case anyone wants to understand the rationale, I created the redir as a proper noun (using Caps for the name rather than sentence case) because this seems to be the formal name for the facility, in SpaceX publications: the "700-acre Rocket Development and Test Facility in McGregor, TX, which features nine different test stands used to certify vehicle components for flight."
