I created this page today when sourcing another article and saw that this publication had no article. I have no personal knowledge of this publication, and I am sure the history section could be expanded. There appears to be some variation in reports about exact dates that the paper saw certain milestones or big events, but I tried to source as sources allowed.--Milowent (talk) 16:57, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
