murtha defamation case
[edit]while the article says "Neither Murtha, DoJ nor US House General Counsel" filed an appeal, someone did. in 2009, a appellate court determined this was a case bound by the winfield act.
I suspect it was US DoJ, but, i can't find anything convenient that says that but, at the same time the appellate decision is a matter of record.--Patbahn (talk) 17:35, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
