Todo

[edit]

Well, I've basically finished my job expanding this article, and I'll take a break. However, there remains a good number of tasks todo. (Updated: see the pending tasks above)

Lemontea--I'm removing the stub tags, this looks very presentable as it is. Kudos! Rob 19:14, 9 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The bad thing about thispuzzle is that it doesn't fit into the box if you get stuck. 203.218.37.45 05:47, 22 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the photos are from the same puzzle - the top one has triangular pieces of different colours to the bottom. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.6.140.50 (talk) 14:26, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images

[edit]

Can somebody shoot a picture of the Square One under a cc-license or something else because I want to use it for the dewiki and the picture here is not usable for commons. --FUZxxl (talk) 15:42, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm planning on doing that soon. I'll leave you a message once I've added new photos. Hellbus (talk) 23:41, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I was also planning to do that, but if you have the original Square One, then please go ahead. The Square One I was going to photograph is Meffert's edition, which is slightly different from the original. I do also have an original, but the stickers are so worn out it's not worth photographing (besides it's currently loaned to a friend so I don't have ready access to it).—Tetracube (talk) 01:34, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Mine doesn't have the original stickers on it, but they are laid out the same as the original puzzle. I picked up a replacement sticker set from cubesmith.com. The only thing missing is the Square-1 logo on the long yellow piece, so I'll simply photograph it from an angle where that piece can't be seen. Hellbus (talk) 22:39, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Hellbus (talk) 17:57, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I made some photos of my Square-1, too. Once, the cube is disassembled, but there are also photos of all parts of the cube, core, edge and corner. Wheather it's an original Square-1 or not, I've no idea. The 4 pictures are in the Commons, Category:Rubik's cube as "Square-1 disassembled 1/core/corner/edge.png". Maybe you could use them, -- Thomas 003 (talk) 17:05, 18 August 2009 (UTC) (w:de:Benutzer:Thomas 003)[reply]

Chronologic order?

[edit]
Application for a Czechoslovak patent was filed on 8 November 1990, then filed as a "priority document" on January 1, 1990.

What's the meaning of "priority document", and why is the chronologic order reversed? It looks like complete nonsense to me therefore I won't touch it. --Ghettobuoy (talk) 03:11, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
