Picture of electrode line required

[edit]

Please add a photograph of the section of the three-phase AC powerline from Adalp Static Inverter Plant to Marble Substation, where its pylons carry also the electrode line of Square Butte.

Is there something remarkable about this electrode line in particular? The ones I've seen have been very dull to look at. --Wtshymanski (talk) 13:28, 11 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Could someone explain Minnkota/MN Power deal more clearly?

[edit]

According to the article, Minnkota gets the power from the line. This doesn't make a huge amount of sense since the power line overshoots Minnkota's territory (NW Minnesota/NE North Dakota) by several hundred miles. Is it correct that they run the power from North Dakota to Duluth and then put it on a different line going back to the Red River Valley? I also don't understand what Minnesota Power gets out of marketing the power from Center? In any case, this line needs more clarification.Bellczar (talk) 05:23, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
