I've added some references to this page and tried where I could to track down Cook's 2000AD credits. I think he may have done some Megazine artwork, and I remember some pretty good back page posters he did during the 1980s and 1990s for 2000AD. Pretty sure there's quite a lot of DC work over the last ten years, but I'm more of a Marvel fan, so had difficulty tracking those down. Maybe someone else can help?

What needs to be done to establish "Notability"? Cook seems to be pretty well-known in the UK comics community, so I'd have thought his notability was a given.

Also, I noticed some mistakes at 2000AD online. The most glaring error was crediting the BIG DAVE newspaper cover to Rian Hughes. It was definitely done by Cook.

It is looking pretty solid to me - your best bet might be dropping a line to the person who added the tags and see if they need anything else to be satisfied.
On errors at 2000AD online: there is a thread running over on their message board where people can submit fixes. It is a better move than directly contacting Wake because that way other people can throw in their thoughts. I have that prog here if you want me to check but, as I say, dropping a note into the message board will get the best response and people can check for those back page posters too. I've been adding references and scans from my own collection and uploaded some missing sleeve art to Asian Dub Foundation articles. This is all a bit new to me, getting used to the html etc, but at least I'm learning how to do it. If I've done anything the wrong way, please feel free to correct it!

No problems - it is looking good. Things that'd really help are interviews, reviews and people commenting on his work which would help flesh out the real world context and it'd have the bonus of helping to remove some of those concerns that have been flagged. (Emperor (talk)

Does anyone know if that box at the top of the page will ever go away? I'm afraid to add much more in case it all gets deleted and I find that I've been wasting my time adding stuff. Selina dee (talk) 22:30, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It should be cool. The notability issues have been addressed as far as I'm concerned and the others are mainly asking for more sources and for parts of the article to be expanded - I don't think every single magazine cover needs its own individual item in a list so we could easily contract that area and focus more on his biography. Ok, I'll get back to it when I get a moment - Thanks. Selina dee (talk) 15:51, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

See for example: Nick Percival#Covers. (Emperor (talk) 16:52, 30 May 2008 (UTC))[reply]

I just undid some vandalism about Kersal Massive or something and then started wondering about that box again, can I delete it? It's been there a long while. Someone called dante someone added a lot of text a short while ago which I tidied up. How is it looking? Selina dee (talk) 00:12, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
