Praxiology vs praxeology, or praxeology vs praxeology
[edit]To be praxeologically clear in this paragraph, my intent in writing this is to try to see if Kotarbiński's approach to praxiology or praxeology, if these are in reality two different things, can be clarified, for the purposes of improving this Wikipedia article. The edit switching to a single spelling was this edit over a year ago.
@Benevolens Ariadne, Darwin Naz, and Rahammz: Proposal: instead of trying to distinguish by spelling, we should distinguish these by something like "Kotarbiński's view/definition of praxeology differs from the Austrian School/von Mises view/definition of praxeology in that ...". You seem to be the most active editors on this page, so you can very likely do that better than I can. :)
As for the definition itself, the current pl.Wikipedia entry calls for verification since 2012-11, and the definition in the lead, teoria sprawnego działania. Jest dziedziną badań naukowych dotyczących wszelkiego celowego działania ludzkiego together with the content seem to ambiguously define praxeology as either (i) the theory of "correct" human behaviour in the workplace based on orders and rules on what is forbidden, or (ii) the theory of intentional behaviour. The article pl:Tadeusz Kotarbiński doesn't say much about Kotarbińki's ideas on praxeology. Boud (talk) 21:16, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
