TAKA

[edit]

His name is written in all caps in Japanese? What's that supposed to mean? None of the Japanese scripts have separate capital letters. Is his name bolded or something?--72.155.112.189 (talk) 03:38, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

yeah I'm going to take that out, makes no sense Harshmustard (talk) 18:26, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

WWF

[edit]

more than two years of being misused by the WWF

I removed this from the article. I see he published his diary. If he felt that he was being misused, then by all means, add that to the article, but do not present his opinion as an indisputable fact. 68.14.76.151 18:35, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I'm not entirely sure what Taka's personal opinion on the subject is, but many wrestling fans and analysts agree that he was very misused by the WWF and definitely not used to his full potential and merit. It may be a point of view, but if you take a moment to reflect upon the idiotic way he was held back during his 2000-2002 run, it's pretty damn obvious that he was misused. -Voievod 18:46, 24 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
We can say that based on his role in the WWF in his 2000-2002 run, many internet smarks feel that Taka was misused. Technically, it wouldn't be POV, because it's telling you this is an opinion widely agreed upon. --172.132.92.174 00:06, 30 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

When were Taka and Funaki known as "Yume Kairudo" in the WWF? I just remember them going by "Kaientai". --Smart Mark Greene 19:01, 30 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, where did this come from? Googling "Yume Kairudo" just brings up pages derived from this wiki entry. -- SHODAN 19:37, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

[edit]

Am I missing something? What's up with the "Taco Michinoku" name? When was he known as Taco?

I don't think he was, no results on Google. The user seems to be nothing but a vandal account, I am trying to get this fixed now. - Feebtlas 19:29, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, I'm glad I got such a quick response! --Smart Mark Greene 03:10, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
How long is it gonna take to undo this slander, then? --172.132.92.174 00:06, 30 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed to be moved to Taka Michinoku, his most well-known name. — Moe ε 05:46, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose, he appears to have had multiple other ring names, I oppose if those are common as well. Support if. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 22:01, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

With the exception of the name 'Blue-K' which isn't hardly as notable as any other name he has used, every other stage name is a deriative of 'Taka' or 'Michinoku', that and he has a pro wrestling association of his own called Michinoku Pro Wrestling, i would assume Take Michinoku would be the most common name. — Moe ε 09:46, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Support as it is the name that he has been best known as, although with ref to Moe Epsilon, the Michinoku Pro promotion was already around before he took the name (the Great Sasuke had it first, and in fact also invented the Michinoku Driver)--Apsouthern (talk) 10:49, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In that case, I support. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 19:37, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
