TAN is the opposite of what cat is. (Errr...what?)

More common definitions at top of article vs obscure

The tangent function rates as one of the more common meanings for tan, yet it is the very last in this list, even below a reference to a yogurt product?

If wikipedia is to be a useful reference for the planet, it needs to have some reasonable design and organization, and that includes prioritizing more common terminology in the top section of disambiguation pages. Mere alphabetization does not yield good terminlogy ordering.
