Good source recommendations?

[edit]

I'd be happy to do the reading/legwork for adding more references to this article, if anyone more across Chinese history than I can recommend some good books to find info in English, that might potentially touch on facts relevant to Tan Yuling's history? I've been curious to learn more world history in general, so, might as well make my reading useful for improving Wikipedia references at the same time.
