Merger proposal

Thankfully, the CSD nomination unearthed some non-English references that confirm notability. That being said, this is still at the stub level and I wonder if it would make more sense as a section of University of Tartu until it can be expanded.

Is itself notable enough for separete article. And it is a different thing. Stub doesn't matter. Pelmeen10 (talk) 02:21, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
